Pengajuan Resident Visa Taiwan (Ikut Keluarga / Joining Family)

Mungkin ada diantara anda yang sedang kuliah ataupun bekerja di Taiwan, berencana untuk membawa pasangan/keluarga anda bersama anda ke Taiwan. Jika anda berencana untuk mengurus resident visa tersebut sendiri (tidak menggunakan agen), anda dapat mengikuti langkah-langkah di bawah ini. Prosedur ini kami susun dari pengalaman pribadi kami mengurus resident visa “ikut keluarga / joining family” (kode: SF) ke Taiwan, sekitar bulan Januari – Februari 2019.

  1. Mengisi aplikasi permohonan visa secara online melalui website https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw, kemudian aplikasi permohonan tersebut di-print dan ditandatangani langsung oleh yang bersangkutan.
  2. Melampirkan 2 lembar pasfoto berwarna dengan background warna putih 6 bulan terakhir, ukuran 4 cm X 6 cm.
  3. Fotokopi rekening tabungan suami dan istri (Tidak ada angka khusus yang menyebutkan bahwa anda harus memiliki saldo dengan jumlah tertentu di rekening anda). Direkomendasikan jumlah rekening di atas Rp. 30 jt.
  4. Buku nikah asli (keduanya, buku nikah suami dan istri) yang telah dilegalisir di KUA tempat anda menikah, Kementerian Agama, Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, Kementerian Luar Negeri, dan TETO. Prosedur legalisir buku nikah di Kementerian Agama dapat dilihat di Gambar 1.
  5. Fotokopi dari buku nikah asli (keduanya, buku nikah suami dan istri) yang telah dilegalisir pada langkah 4 di atas, sebanyak 1 rangkap.
  6. Sertifikat medical check-up asli (sertakan juga foto rontgen dan sertifikat vaksin, jika memang anda disuntik vaksin measles dan rubella) yang telah dilegalisir oleh notaris, Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, Kementerian Luar Negeri, dan TETO.
  7. Fotokopi dari sertifikat medical check-up asli yang telah dilegalisir pada langkah 6 di atas, sebanyak 1 rangkap.
  8. SKCK Mabes Polri asli yang telah dilegalisir di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, Kementerian Luar Negeri, dan TETO.
  9. Fotokopi dari SKCK Mabes Polri asli yang telah dilegalisir pada langkah 8 di atas, sebanyak 1 rangkap.
  10. Fotokopi Alien Resident Card (ARC) pasangan, 1 lembar.
  11. Fotokopi paspor pasangan, 1 rangkap.
  12. Surat keterangan aktif kuliah / kerja (yang membuktikan bahwa pasangan kita aktif kuliah di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Taiwan / bukti kerja) dari institusi tempat pasangan kuliah / kerja.
  13. Paspor yang bersangkutan.

Prosedur untuk legalisir dokumen-dokumen (buku nikah, medical check-up, dan SKCK) di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, dapat anda lakukan di website legalisasi AHU online: http://legalisasi.ahu.go.id/. Setelah melakukan proses pengajuan legalisasi online di aplikasi legalisasi elektronik (Gambar 2), luaran yang akan kita dapatkan dari aplikasi online tersebut adalah voucher dan bukti cetak. Voucher tersebut kita print, kemudian bayar di loket bank BNI yang ada di gedung CIK’s. Loket Adminitrasi Hukum Umum (AHU) terletak di Gedung CIK’s, No.84-86, Jl. Cikini Raya, RT.14/RW.5, Cikini, Menteng, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10330. Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/QDe45tXeWZE2.

Setelah membayar di loket bank BNI yang berada di Gedung CIK’s tersebut, bukti pembayaran anda tukarkan dengan stiker legalisir di loket 1. Selesailah proses legalisir di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Nb: Pembayaran juga dapat anda lakukan via ATM.

Setelah anda melegalisasi dokumen-dokumen tersebut di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, prosedur berikutnya adalah melegalisasi dokumen-dokumen tersebut di Kementerian Luar Negeri. Kementerian Luar Negeri RI telah menerapkan prosedur permohonan layanan legalisasi melalui aplikasi “Legalisasi Dokumen” yang tersedia di Google Play maupun App Store. Aplikasi untuk android dapat di-install di https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=id.go.kemlu.protkons.legalisasi1. Setiap pemohon layanan diharuskan melakukan registrasi untuk mendapatkan username dengan password yang ditentukan sendiri, untuk menyampaikan permohonan layanan legalisasi dokumen pada Kementerian Luar Negeri. Setelah melakukan proses pengajuan legalisasi online, luaran yang anda dapatkan adalah nomor permohonan legalisasi dokumen dan verifikasi (disetujui / tidak disetujui) dari ajuan anda tersebut. Jika disetujui, bayar ke nomor rekening yang tertera di notifikasi. Biaya jasa legalisasi dokumen oleh Kementerian Luar Negeri sebesar Rp. 25.000,- per dokumen yang dibayarkan setelah menerima notifikasi perintah untuk membayar. Pemohon membawa dokumen yang telah disetujui dan telah dibayar, ke loket pelayanan untuk mendapatkan stiker legalisasi. Dokumen dimasukkan dalam map berwarna kuning.

Nb: Semua dokumen asli seperti buku nikah, sertifikat medical check-up, dan SKCK asli yang telah dilegalisir tersebut akan ditahan di TETO selama proses pembuatan visa. Dapat diambil kembali bersamaan dengan pengambilan visa.

[My Publication] – Cryptanalysis of the Mutual Authentication and Key Agreement Protocol with Smart Cards for Wireless Communications

Abstract – Recently, Guo et al. proposed a secure and efficient mutual authentication and key agreement protocol with smart cards for wireless communications. There are two main contributions of their scheme: confidentiality of the session key and updating the password efficiently. They claimed that their scheme could withstand various known types of attacks: user anonymity, withstanding the insider attacks, the replay attacks, and the offline dictionary attacks. However, we find some weaknesses in their scheme in this article. We show that their scheme is vulnerable to online password guessing with smart cards under stolen attacks and the denial of service attacks.


[My Publication] – An Improvement of the Remote Authentication Scheme for Anonymous Users Using an Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem

Abstract – It is convenient to obtain the information resources
via intelligent devices over cloud systems. A user authentication mechanism is a fundamental tool for ensuring the validity of communicating parties and securing communications among the communicating party. Recently, Zhang et al. proposed a new remote authentication scheme for anonymous users using an elliptic curve cryptosystem. Their scheme could achieve mutual authentication and forward security. They claimed that their scheme could withstand various attacks by employing BAN-logic formal methods. They claimed that their scheme could withstand the preserving anonymity and non-traceability, perfect forward secrecy, offline password guessing attacks, forgery attacks, server impersonating attacks, known key attacks, and reply attacks. However, we will show that their scheme is vulnerable to forgery attacks, server impersonating attacks, and man-in-the-middle attacks. In this article, we also propose an improved anonymous user authentication scheme proposed by Zhang et al. to withstand the vulnerability in their scheme.

Abstract – In the traditional smartcard-based password authentication schemes, the authentication is only applied to verify both server and user, but not applied to verify the platform. Recently, Yang, Ma, and Jiang proposed a mutual authentication scheme with smart cards and password under trusted computing. Their scheme was designed to authenticate the platform. They claimed that their scheme could withstand most of the possible attacks, such as secure session key agreement, user identity anonymity, password-free changing, and platform certification updating. However, we will show that their scheme is vulnerable to on-line guessing password attack with a smart card, and man-in-the-middle attack. In this article, we also propose an improved Yang-Ma-Jiang’s mutual authentication scheme to withstand the vulnerability in their scheme.

Abstract – One of the common necessity to have secret communication through the internet is to authenticate the legality of users. The simplest and most popular authentication technique to have secret communication through the internet is a remote user authentication scheme. Recently, Kumar proposed an enhanced smart card-based remote user authentication scheme. Their scheme was robust and easy to implement. They claimed that their scheme could against explicit key authentication, replay attack, stolen-verifier attacks, forward secrecy, denial of service attacks, impersonation attacks, mutual authentication, parallel session attack, password guessing attacks, smart card loss attacks, attack via registered identity, and attack via password. In this article, we will show that Kumar’s scheme is vulnerable to the off-line guessing password attack. In this article, we also propose an improved Kumar’s enhanced smart card based remote user authentication scheme to withstand the vulnerability in their scheme.
